I tried to shoot some reference for my dialog blocking pass. I uploaded several trials that I did with my friend. I wonder which approach looks best from these trials?

The first two pieces of reference have much clearer silhouettes. You can use poses from both references. Tell a story that has subtext ; What is the character saying, what is he really saying? Then decide ; ‘What should I have the character do?’ ‘How Can I best show it?’
